Golf Fitness Doesn’t Require a Gym. Just a Cart.

A practical approach to movement training from the lesson tee

I don’t ask my students to become gym rats. Most don’t have the time or interest. What they do want is consistency and improvement. And for that, we need movement—efficient, repeatable, and accessible.

That’s why Cart GymTM stays in my cart.

It’s compact, easy to set up, and takes less time than a few practice putts. I use it before my own rounds. I show students how to run through a three-minute routine that improves rotation, stability, and balance—no gym, no guesswork.
